Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure rooms and public areas meet luxury standards. You will inspect rooms after cleaning, manage daily activities with housekeeping management, and coordinate with Engineering, Front Office and Laundry to resolve discrepancies.

You will also document issues, communicate room changes to the team, and complete required paperwork while upholding The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Assist Housekeeping management in daily activities and coordinate with other departments.
• Act as liaison to coordinate Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry teams.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with Front Desk and update room status.
• Prepare, distribute and communicate changes in room assignments and inform next shift.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain records.
