Job summary

Raffles Dubai is inviting you to join our luxury hotel as a Housekeeping Attendant. You will provide consistent cleaning across guest rooms, balconies, bathrooms, restaurants and public areas to meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will follow SOPs, replenish amenities, attend daily briefings, respond to guest requests, and uphold our values while working in a prestigious Dubai location.

Qualifications

• Secondary education.
• Good knowledge of Housekeeping Operations.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity in a luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all assigned areas to hotel standards, ensuring high levels of cleanliness and presentation.
• Follow LQA standards and service procedures to achieve guest satisfaction and Trust You survey results.
• Adhere to Housekeeping SOPs and accurately complete reports.
• Replenish guest amenities and ensure rooms are fully equipped.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment in good condition and report issues immediately.
