Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards.
• Run room-status reports and prioritize cleaning tasks.
• Assist management with daily housekeeping operations.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Document and resolve discrepancies with the Front Desk.
• Communicate changes in room assignments to staff.
• Follow safety policies and protect guest confidentiality.
• Help hire, train, schedule, and coach team members.
