Job summary

W Hotels in Dubai is seeking a front-line supervisor for Housekeeping operations. You will inspect guest rooms, public areas, and the pool area after cleaning to uphold quality standards and update room statuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Run sold room reports and verify room status; prioritize room cleaning and update departing room status.
• Coordinate housekeeping with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry; assist in daily activities and issue resolution.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
