Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Dubai seeks a Reservations Agent to manage all room reservation requests and provide exceptional service to guests. The successful candidate will enhance the hotel's image through effective communication and sales skills, and manage guest complaints professionally. Candidates should have a high school diploma and experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel environment. Knowledge of loyalty programs is a plus.
