Job summary

Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant Guest Relations Manager for Tapasake in Dubai. You will support guest experience across restaurant, pool, and Sky Lounge—from reservation through departure—and play a key role in VIP hosting and CRM management.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in guest-relations roles within luxury hospitality, a strong network in Dubai's nightlife scene, and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Evening and weekend work required.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years' experience in Guest Relations, VIP Host, or similar guest-facing role within luxury hospitality.
Experience in luxury restaurants, beach/pool clubs, or 5-star settings is preferred.
Proficient with reservation/CRM systems and a discreet, polished demeanor.

Responsibilities

Support the Guest Relations Manager in managing reservations and table/cabana allocation across Tapasake's venue.
Build and maintain relationships with VIP guests, regulars, and key contacts to drive repeat visits.
Greet and host VIP arrivals, ensuring a seamless welcome and handover to service teams.
Maintain and grow the guest database/CRM, tracking preferences and spend history.
Coordinate with promoters, hosts, and marketing on guest list management for events.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and diplomatically.
Work with floor, bar, and kitchen teams to align VIP flow with capacity.
Assist recruitment, training, and coaching of the Guest Relations/Host team.
