Job summary

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to welcome guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a memorable stay. You will greet guests, check-in, respond to requests with exceptional service, promote hotel facilities, and look for opportunities to upsell while building lasting relationships with guests and stakeholders.

Arabic, German, Russian or French language skills are a plus, and experience with Opera is mandatory to manage reservations and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of guest relations experience at a 5-star UAE resort.
• Multilingual abilities including Arabic, German, Russian, or French are a plus.
• Experience using Opera PMS is mandatory.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent communication of thoughts, actions, and opportunities.

Guest Relations Officer

First impressions are everything! As a Guest Relations Officer, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

What you will be doing:

• Greet, check-in, respond to requests while providing exceptional service
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Should have min. 1 years of experience as Guest Relations for a 5 Star Resort in UAE
• Being Multi-lingual i.e. Arabic / German/Russian / French languages would be a Plus
• Prior experience working with Opera is Mandatory
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
