Job summary

AURA Skypool is hiring a Chef de Partie to run a section (grill, hot, cold or pastry) in its busy premium kitchen at The Palm Tower, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. You will work closely with the Sous Chef to maintain quality, minimise wastage and hit ticket times during peak service.

As a technically strong chef with at least two years’ section experience, you will supervise commis chefs, ensure hygiene standards, and contribute to menu development under senior chefs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume premium kitchen.
• Strong technical skills in your section with knowledge of multiple cuisines.
• Ability to work quickly, cleanly and accurately under pressure.
• Solid understanding of HACCP, food safety and hygiene practices.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
• Culinary qualification or equivalent kitchen training preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts, split shifts, weekends and public holidays.

AURA Skypool is hiring Chefs de Partie to run key sections of its kitchen at The Palm Tower, Palm Jumeirah. Operated by Sunset Hospitality Group, AURA delivers a contemporary, share-style menu to a high-volume international crowd across pool sessions, sundowners and evening service.

As Chef de Partie you will take full ownership of your assigned section — grill, hot kitchen, cold kitchen or pastry — preparing and presenting dishes to spec, supervising commis chefs, and keeping your station clean, stocked and efficient. You will work closely with the Sous Chef to maintain quality, minimise wastage and hit ticket times during peak service.
