As an Intern - Guest Relations you will greet guests, address inquiries, maintain records, coordinate with departments, assist with events, and support senior staff during peak periods and special occasions, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Attention to detail in records and documentation.
• Problem-solving mindset for guest issues.
• Team player in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Arabic language skills a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or hotel management software preferred.

• Perform administrative tasks including scheduling and communication coordination.
