• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms
• Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials for client meetings
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities
• Participate in sales calls and meetings to observe and learn effective sales techniques
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and gather feedback
• Organize and manage sales-related documentation and databases
• Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and share creative ideas for improving sales processes
• Assist in coordinating events, trade shows, or promotional activities as needed
• Provide administrative support to the sales department, including scheduling and data entry
