Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking Guest Relation Officers to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our UAE branches. You will warmly welcome customers, identify their needs, and guide them to the right team to ensure a smooth and professional journey from entry to exit.

The role requires excellent English, a confident, engaging personality, and a customer-focused approach. Join our Retail Sales team and contribute to outstanding service at the branch level.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or experience in a customer-facing role preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• A confident, engaging, and customer-focused personality.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and passion for delivering excellent service.

• About the Team

  You will be part of the Retail Sales team, working closely with Branch Managers, Sales Executives, and branch support colleagues. Together, the team is focused on creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every customer receives a professional and seamless experience throughout their visit.
