Job summary

Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Services associate to greet guests warmly, creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for their visit. You will take accurate drink and food orders, memorize specials and suggest pairings to enhance guest choices, then deliver orders promptly while upholding presentation standards.

We value prior hospitality experience, a high school diploma, and any certification in responsible alcohol service; 1 year in customer service is

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in bar/restaurant environment is highly desirable.
Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality is ideal.
