Job summary

Accor Dubai is looking for a courteous and flexible Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. You will provide professional service across hotel outlets, rotate within F&B and other departments as needed, and ensure guest satisfaction with menu knowledge and upselling.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in vocational hospitality and 0–1 year in a 4-5 star hotel, with a strong focus on teamwork, hygiene, and customer care. Join us to grow within Accor’s global properties.

• Fresher or 1year experience in 4-5 star hotel.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional and flexible service at all times.
• Rotate within Food & Beverage division or any other Department of the hotel as assigned.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Understand menu items and recommend Food & Beverage pairings and upsell alternatives.
• Maintain high standards of service and ensure the area is clean and organized.
• Handle guest inquiries courteously and establish rapport with guests.
• Assist in monthly inventories of operating equipment.
• Attend training and meetings as required.
