• Greet Guests by name upon calling
• Professionally and warmly receive each Guest call
• Communicate with departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Address queries with politeness and courtesy
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and local offerings
• Utilize Opera Guest profile system to tailor service
• Record long-distance call vouchers and traffic sheet accurately
• Manage wake-up call sheet and deliver calls promptly
• Oversee switchboard operations for fast call transfers
• Take messages for Guests and Management per standards
• Uphold EH&S standards and company policies

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth switchboard operation and efficient transfers.
• Take messages for Guests and Management per prescribed standards.
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards and procedures.
