• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations specific to food service.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Supervision: Directly oversee staff performance during shifts providing guidance and support to ensure optimal service delivery
• Service Excellence: Monitor guest experience and address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
• Staff Training: Assist in training new staff members sharing knowledge about service standards menu items and processes
• Shift Management: Assist in scheduling and managing staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
• Inventory Oversight: Help track inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and managing stock levels efficiently
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations as well as company policies to maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Reporting: Assist in reporting on operational performance customer feedback and staff performance to upper management
