Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins: verify identity, payment, assign room, issue key.
• Set up guest accounts and enter Marriott Rewards information.
• Ensure rates match market codes and document pricing exceptions.
• Secure payment prior to issuing room key and verify billing.
• Balance cash and prepare cashier/closing reports.
• Provide guests with directions and property information.
• Accommodate guest requests and coordinate with staff as needed.
• Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.
• Assist management in training and coaching employees; maintain professional conduct.
• Answer phones with proper etiquette and document communications.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and protect company assets.

Education
