Responsibilities

• Ensure staff works as a team to provide optimal service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming and attire, and rectify deficiencies; manage opening/closing duties and stock.
• Hire, train, schedule, evaluate, counsel, and motivate employees; uphold safety policies and brand standards.
• Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond to staff concerns.
• Adhere to quality standards and seek efficiency, productivity, and cost-savings opportunities.
• Follow safety regulations and complete required training and certifications.
