Job summary

Marriott International in Abu Dhabi (Al Bateen Marina) is hiring for a Guest Services Associate. You will respond to guest requests, arrange transportation, reservations, and services, and provide information about the property and local area to ensure guest satisfaction.

You will monitor shift logs, coordinate with departments, assist in hiring and training, and maintain professional standards while protecting guest and company confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning).
• Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, and concerns; coordinate with Bell person, Housekeeping, and other departments as needed.
• Review shift logs and ensure outstanding requests are prioritized and resolved.
• Monitor inventory and assist with general office supplies; report safety issues to management.
• Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating associates.
