Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests and department needs.
• Enter guest rooms following access procedures and verify vacancy before entry.
• Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms.
• Make beds and replace linens and terry.
• Clean bathrooms and remove trash and soiled items.
• Check appliances and ensure all items are present and functional.
• Dust, polish, and clean walls, furniture, and fixtures.
• Vacuum carpets and perform floor care in guest rooms and corridors.
• Follow safety, security, and company policies at all times.
