Responsibilities

• Process operational needs and guest requests as part of daily tasks.
• Complete reports and share highlights of the local area with guests.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and bell area.
• Maintain a safe, confidential, and professional work environment while upholding brand standards.
• Move about the space as required, including stairs and service ramps, with a hands-on approach to service.
