Job summary

Aloft Hotels in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to ensure a memorable stay for guests. You will help with check-in/out, guide guests through services, and assist with luggage and bell duties at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre location.

The role requires staying on your feet, moving through spaces, and delivering high standards of professional appearance and conduct in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Preferred Qualifications Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area.
• Doing all these things well is critical for Guest Experience Experts – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
