Responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries in a friendly Minor Hotels manner.
• Have complete knowledge of hotel product, including room types, rates, facilities, outlets and promotions.
• Expertise in using the hotel system for check-ins / check-outs of guest rooms.
• Take personal responsibility for service and attitude to meet the highest Minor Hotels standards.
• Ensure all guest-satisfaction issues are addressed and follow-up is timely.
• Be proactive and suggest alternatives to enhance the Minor Hotels experience.
• Develop close working relationships with all hotel departments and attend events and briefings.
