Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking a Guest Service Officer to join our Front Office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, personalized service during check-in and check-out.

The role emphasizes seamless guest experiences, effective communication, and close collaboration with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and memorable stays in Dubai.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in Front Office or guest services is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out with warmth and efficiency.
• Answer inquiries, address requests and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B and other departments for seamless service.
• Operate Front Office systems and maintain accurate guest records and billing where applicable.
• Handle cashiering duties, including room charges and payments in line with hotel policies.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, promotions, and local attractions to assist guests.

Educación

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency in English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Opera PMS advantageous
