Job summary

Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar Hospitality on Yas Island Abu Dhabi seeks a Guest Services Manager to create memorable guest experiences, lead the front desk team, and drive service excellence across all touchpoints. Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, preferably in front office or guest services.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to create memorable experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to manage guest requests calmly and efficiently.
• Highly organized with multitasking ability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the guest service team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Conduct regular team meetings and ongoing training to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
• Act as the main point of contact for guest feedback, comments, and complaints, and ensure timely and appropriate resolution.
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions, and take proactive measures to address any concerns.
• Oversee the check-in and check-out processes, as well as reservations and guest inquiries, to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of guest service operations to maintain high standards of service quality and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any cross-departmental issues.
• Assist in developing and managing the guest service department budget, including labor costs, supplies, and other operational expenses.
