Job summary

Yas Plaza Hotels is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead service on the floor, supervise daily activities, and drive guest satisfaction across our F&B outlets. You will play a key role in maintaining hospitality excellence and staff engagement in Abu Dhabi.

The right candidate brings 1-2 years of full-service restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of budgeting to maximize profitability across shifts.

About the Job

The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike, and brings the core value of 'TEAM' to the restaurant. A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor.

About You

• Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
• Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
• Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
• At least 1-2 years' of full-service restaurant management
• Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or similar role
• Proven customer service experience as a manager
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Serve, Respeak
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Acute financial management skills
• BSc degree in Business Administration, hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus.
