NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking a passionate Outlet Supervisor to join the Food & Beverage team. You will supervise daily outlet operations, lead a motivated team, and ensure consistently high standards of service and guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel setting.

Responsibilities include conducting shift briefings, optimizing upselling, controlling costs, and maintaining compliance with food safety and hotel standards.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in hotel or upscale restaurant operations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure service standards, SOPs, and F&B procedures are followed consistently.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure clear communication between shifts.
• Monitor stock, billing, and POS procedures; assist with scheduling and training.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and other departments for seamless operations.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and operational reports.
