NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead daily Front Office and Guest Service operations in Dubai. You will ensure a warm welcome, seamless check-in/check-out, and professional handling of guest requests with a focus on personalized service.

Competenze

• Hotel front office or guest service experience, preferably supervisory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily Guest Service/Front Office operations.
• Ensure warm welcome and efficient check-in/out.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Coach and support Guest Service Agents.
• Monitor guest preferences and VIP arrivals.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Concierge, Bell Desk, and others.
• Lead shift briefings and ensure smooth handovers.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety requirements.
• Assist Front Office leadership to meet guest satisfaction targets.
