Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa. You will support the Front Office Manager to deliver luxury guest experiences, ensuring smooth daily operations and a warm, welcoming arrival for guests in a premium resort setting.

You will lead a diverse team, coach colleagues, manage shifts, and resolve guest concerns with confidence, aiming to uphold the brand’s True Hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office or Guest Services within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Prior assistant management experience in Front Office required.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations and ensure smooth shift handovers.
• Lead Front Office team to deliver personalised and attentive guest service.
• Be present in lobby areas to engage with guests and ensure seamless arrivals/departures.
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues to achieve positive outcomes.
• Coach, train and provide feedback to colleagues to raise service standards.
• Support upselling initiatives to maximise room revenue and guest experience.
