Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts seeks a Director of Quality for InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa. Lead quality strategy, guest experience, and brand standards to deliver exceptional luxury service across the property.

You will drive improvements through audits, feedback analysis, and cross‑department collaboration with senior leaders, aiming to elevate SOPs and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management or related field.
• Leadership in Quality or Guest Experience in luxury hotel.
• Experience leading audits and brand standards.
• Strong analytical skills translating feedback into actions.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leaders across departments.
• Experience with guest feedback platforms and QM systems.
• IHG or international luxury hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the resort's overall quality strategy and brand standards.
• Drive guest experience performance by analyzing feedback and trends.
• Provide strategic direction after quality audits and reviews.
• Lead hotel-wide prep for quality evaluations and audits.
• Work with senior leadership to strengthen SOPs and processes.
• Partner with Learning & Development to train teams on quality.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement culture.
