Job summary

THA Venues, Parks & Resorts is seeking an experienced Guest Experience Manager to lead the complete guest and delegate journey for two high-profile government-led international events in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing invitations, registrations, VIP services, and onsite guest experiences, liaising with ministers, international organisations, and senior officials.

The candidate should have 8–10 years in guest experience or related event operations, with fluency in English and Arabic being

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in guest experience, delegate management, registration or VIP services.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale government summits or international conferences.
• Experience working with ministers, VIPs and diplomatic stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage guest invitation databases and RSVP processes for government-led events.
• Develop and manage all guest-facing communications for the event journey.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, access, and confidentiality with operations teams.
