Job summary

THA by ARMONIA in the UAE seeks an experienced Guest Experience Manager to lead the end-to-end guest journey for two flagship government-led international events in Abu Dhabi. You will own invitation management, VIP coordination, and on-site guest services, working with protocols and senior officials.

The role is highly operational, requiring 8–10 years in guest experience or event operations, with direct exposure to ministers, international organisations and global leaders at major venues.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in guest experience, delegate management or event operations.
• Experience delivering government summits or COP-level events.
• Strong skill with invitation and registration databases.
• Experience with ministers, VIPs and diplomatic stakeholders.
• Hands-on with registration platforms and large delegate databases.
• UAE/GCC government event experience preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master invitee and guest database.
• Coordinate invitation lists from host organisations and stakeholders.
• Manage guest categories: Ministers, VIPs, international organisations, speakers, media.
• Run the invitation process: invitations, RSVPs, reminders, substitutions.
• Develop guest communications for executive audiences.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, meet-and-greet, and confidentiality.
• Map end-to-end guest journey from invitation to departure.
• Work with registration platform and accreditation systems.
• Produce regular registration and attendance reports.
• Onsite Guest Services planning and staffing.
• Recruit and train guest-facing staff; lead escalations.
