Apt Resources has been retained by a renowned Restaurant Management Group in UAE to source a Senior Hostess for their Dubai venues. The role centers on creating a warm first impression, greeting and seating guests, and coordinating with service teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of hospitality front-of-house experience, be fluent in English, and know reservation systems like SevenRooms or OpenTable.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hospitality or front-of-house experience.
• Experience with reservation systems SevenRooms or OpenTable.
• Strong English communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to greet and seat guests and manage special requests.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact and greet guests warmly.
• Seat guests, manage reservations and waitlists, and monitor seating plans.
• Maintain dining room presentation and assist with guest needs.
• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for smooth service.
• Provide guidance to fellow hostesses and document updates for management.
• Complete opening/closing duties and daily cleaning tasks.
• Follow health, safety, and confidentiality procedures.
• Attend training and meetings as required.
