Alabbar Enterprises in Abu Dhabi is seeking a frontline guest services associate to set the tone for dining experiences, manage reservations, and liaise with kitchen and service staff.

You will handle inquiries and complaints professionally, answer calls, and inform staff about allergies and special requests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of restaurant reservations systems.
• Based or willing to relocate to Al Ain.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations using our online system. Comfortable with using CRM system.
• Coordinate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operation.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure customers satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
• Answering phone calls according to company standard procedures.
• Relaying information regarding allergies and other guest requests to the service staff.
• Showing the guest to the table and introducing the concept.
• Accommodating special seating requests whenever possible.
• Being knowledgeable about all the menu items, ingredients and recommendations.
