Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist other hotel departments to maintain guest service.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the day.
• Enter, retrieve, and manage work-related information using computers and POS systems.
• Exchange operational information with colleagues using electronic communication tools.
• Read and verify information in various formats, including small print.
• Support coordinated Food and Beverage operations through accurate and timely communication.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisors.
