Job summary

Hilton Abu Dhabi is seeking a friendly Waiter/ess to deliver an excellent guest and team member experience. You will serve guests with knowledge of the menu, handle beverage orders, and maintain high grooming and service standards across Hilton brands.

You should be adaptable, able to work alone or in teams, and committed to providing outstanding hospitality while upholding safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food and Beverage department and/or industry.
• Previous experience of cash handling.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
• Serve beverages in compliance with licensing and regulations.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and all products.
• Maintain mise-en-place at all floor stations.
• Follow correct reporting procedures if issues occur.
• Deliver Food and Beverage orders to a high standard and on time.
• Practice Hilton Grooming standards including dress code and hygiene.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety legislation.
