Job summary

Accorhotel is seeking a Guest Service Officer to deliver the highest standards of service at the front desk, guiding guests through check-in and check-out and handling inquiries with warmth and efficiency. You will greet and escort guests, manage key handling, and ensure a seamless in-house experience in line with hotel standards and procedures.

A Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality or Rooms Division is preferred, with 2 to 5 years of related experience.
