Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or relevant degree required.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 2 years in Reception or Guest Service a strong plus.
• Good English communication skills both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maximize room sales and revenue for the property.
• Greet and address guests by name at check-in and check-out.
• Assist guests during registration and with transportation arrangements.
• Escort guests to their rooms and inform staff of guest needs.
• Recommend F&B outlets and entertainments to guests.
• Brief next shift and communicate guest feedback to improve service.
