Qualifications

• Experience in an F&B service / cashier role.
• Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.
• English – excellent oral and written skills.
• Additional language – beneficial.
• Competent with numbers, POS Systems and accounting processes are beneficial.
• Ability to work as part of a team, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Applies a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service.
• Operate the POS system as trained.
• Prepare bills and coordinate with Waiters/Waitresses to ensure efficient service.
• Ensure all tables are accounted for and no check is left unpaid.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and adhere to hygiene standards.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Respond to changes in the department as dictated by hotel management.
