JA The Resort in Dubai, UAE seeks a passionate Guest Experience Agent who delights in connecting with guests, anticipating needs, and turning moments into memories. The role welcomes speakers of Russian, German, and French, with a focus on warm hospitality and personalized service in a luxury setting.

With 2+ years in hospitality or guest-facing roles, you’ll greet guests, assist with information and concierge-style support, and contribute to loyalty programs and VIP experiences.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in hospitality, guest relations, front office, or similar guest-facing role.
• Confident in creating personalized and memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Additional language skills in Russian, German, or French are highly valued.
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Protel is an advantage.
• Warm, engaging, service-oriented personality.
• Thrives in a dynamic luxury hospitality environment.
