Job summary

R&B Fashion in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated service professional to engage guests, coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams, and support smooth dining operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist training, uphold hygiene standards, monitor inventory of service items, help with seating and table turnover, and contribute to sales through upselling and accurate billing. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in F&B are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service certification is a plus.
• 1-2 years in a service or customer-facing role in F&B or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards and hygiene practices.
• Teamwork, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities to support smooth service flow.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic billing procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and support team members during service.
• Communicate with kitchen, cashier, and service teams to ensure accurate order flow and timely delivery.
• Assist during busy periods by seating, clearing tables, and supporting service operations.
• Build warm relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards for food, beverages, and equipment.
• Report safety hazards or hygiene concerns to supervisors to maintain a safe dining environment.
• Support training of new service staff by demonstrating proper order-taking procedures and guest etiquette.
• Apply feedback to improve speed, accuracy, and overall service performance.
• Assist colleagues with product knowledge and menu details to improve team capability.
• Maintain willingness to learn and adapt to new service standards and menu updates.
