Job summary

Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking an Outlet Cashier to accurately manage guest billing and payments across all F&B outlets and bars, safeguarding assets and ensuring compliance with hotel procedures.

You will work with Finance, Front Office, and F&B teams to deliver precise reporting, resolve discrepancies, and uphold guest service excellence while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cashiering, billing, or financial transactions within hospitality or a customer-facing environment.
• Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process guest bills, payments, and transactions accurately and efficiently through the POS system.
• Safeguard cash floats, payment devices, and other financial instruments in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Verify and process credit card transactions, room charges, discounts, promotions, and vouchers with proper authorization.
• Reconcile cash, card, and room charge transactions and prepare end-of-shift reports.
• Support internal controls and house fund audits to ensure compliance with financial policies.
