Job summary

PDI Partners is seeking an experienced ERP & CRM Transformation Consultant to lead strategic advisory across major ERP and CRM initiatives. The role bridges business leadership with technical integrators, ensuring secure, efficient deployments that maximise ROI for clients in the UAE and beyond.

You will guide end-to-end implementations (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365; Salesforce, HubSpot) while embedding IT controls, data governance, and risk considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Systems Integration.
• Proven track record with Tier-1 ERP/CRM deployments (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce).
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, TOGAF) or platform certifications.
• Strong data governance, cloud architecture, and shared responsibility understanding.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Guide ERP/CRM implementations through full lifecycle.
• Conduct PIRs to ensure data migration integrity and user adoption.
• Embed ITGC, SoD, RBAC into platform architectures with Cyber GRC.
• Perform BPR to align processes with modern ERP/CRM practices.
• Oversee delivery by independent, vendor-agnostic SI partners.
• Provide program health updates to C-Suite and IT Steering Committees.
