Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Project Manager for Infrastructure (Buildings & Roads) to lead projects from tendering through execution, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost and quality. Rotation: based in Abu Dhabi Office.

You will coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation teams and manage risks, budgets and client expectations. The role requires 15+ years of PM experience in infrastructure, preferably with PMP certification, and strong leadership,

Qualifications

Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and PMP or equivalent certification.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proven ability to manage large infrastructure projects from tender to close-out.

Responsibilities

Lead pre-tender and post-tender activities, including tender reviews and bid clarifications.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (civil, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation) across stages.
Monitor progress, budget and resources; implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure quality assurance, HSE compliance, and proper documentation.
Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
