Qualifikationen

• Strong MS Office skills; PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams; familiarity with Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple activities, stakeholders, and deadlines with accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting infrastructure, engineering, or professional services pursuits preferred.
• Experience with growth platforms, CRM systems, or knowledge repositories advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate development, maintenance, and quality review of resumes, project descriptions, and proposals.
• Serve as infrastructure focal point for growth knowledge management and content organization.
• Coordinate growth portals, opportunity records, and related stakeholder engagement.
• Capture lessons learned from pursuits and apply insights to future opportunities.
• Coordinate meetings, reviews, and discussions; manage schedules and logistics.
• Support data collection, content integration, document control, and leadership updates.
• Provide administrative support to infrastructure leadership and business development teams.
• Collaborate with Growth Enablement on proposals to align with processes and deadlines.
• Track actions, milestones, dependencies; escalate risks or gaps proactively.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle commercially sensitive information appropriately.
