Job summary

Fasset is seeking a Growth Product Manager to own the H2 roadmap and drive releases across referrals, rewards, and gifting. You will pair with the Growth Analyst, define success criteria, and coordinate across pods to ship features that boost acquisition, activation, and retention.

You will leverage Mixpanel to define target users, track funnel transitions, and iterate on onboarding and engagement journeys in a regulated, Islamic-finance friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Shipped growth mechanics at a consumer fintech or high-volume app.
• Led a roadmap with interdependent releases and tracked dates.
• Can identify the most critical funnel transition with numbers.
• Collaborated with analytics to pre-register criteria and post-reads.
• Coordinated across teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Ship the releases with specs, sequencing, engineering coordination, QA handoff, and release notes.
• Dates hold, or slip with advance notice; several releases gate each other.
• Work against the state machine and align with growth goals.
• Pair with the Growth Analyst and define success criteria before launch.
• Coordinate growth work across pods and manage cross-pod cadences.
• Prioritize marketing rails and sequence promo engine, links, and campaigns.
• Drive lifecycle mechanics including interventions for onboarding and retention.
