Job summary

TAQAR CONSULTING CO LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Growth Operations professional to lead multi-channel user growth initiatives. You will plan incentives, oversee a robust growth engine, and collaborate across product, data, technology, and design to implement and optimize growth features.

The role requires strong knowledge of growth metrics, funnel optimization, and a track record of data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above; 2+ years growth operations experience preferred.
Strong understanding of user growth, conversion funnel, and retention.
Proficient in Excel, Looker Studio, SQL, or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and land user growth strategy across channels.
Plan and implement growth activities, incentives, and recommendations; monitor effects.
Establish core growth metrics like conversion rate, CAC, retention, and LTV.
Collaborate with product, data, tech, and design to land growth features.
Lead A/B testing and growth experiments to verify impact.
Refine market growth strategies and build a scalable growth engine.
