Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking a Growth Leader to own the full customer lifecycle from first touch to retained, repeat customers. You will set the growth agenda, build the team and infrastructure to execute it, and lead a team spanning new customer acquisition, ecommerce, and retention.

You will oversee TikTok Shop and all new customer acquisition channels, partnering with executive leadership to drive growth and inspire cross-functional collaboration, while representing growth as a core pillar

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle from first touch to retained, repeat customer.
• Set the growth agenda for the business and build the team and infrastructure to execute against it.
• Lead a team spanning new customer acquisition, ecommerce, and retention.
• Oversee TikTok Shop and all new customer acquisition channels.
• Partner closely with executive leadership to drive growth and inspire cross-functional collaboration.
• Represent growth as a core pillar in company-wide strategy and investment decisions.
• Build and maintain a high-performing marketing team.
