Job summary

Bybit Limited is seeking a UX/UI designer focused on user growth, collaborating with the Growth team to design and optimize user journeys and growth tools. The role bridges user experience with business growth to improve retention and conversion.

You will work with cross-functional teams, maintain design consistency across the platform, and contribute to end-to-end design workflows. Familiarity with crypto/web3 is a plus; strong English and Chinese communication is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience; experience in user growth or B-side product design preferred.
• Strong product thinking and interaction design skills; able to participate in user research and end-to-end design workflows.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English; strong communication and collaboration with product and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize user journeys and growth tools in collaboration with Growth team.
• Ensure design fidelity in implementation; track post-launch performance and propose data-driven improvements.
• Conduct market research, user interviews, and feedback management for owned projects.
