Job summary

Confidential is seeking a commercially minded Marketing Manager to own the full 360° marketing strategy across online and offline channels for both B2B and B2C audiences in the UAE.

This role is for a business builder who links every marketing decision to revenue, market share and brand growth, and who can drive the business to its next growth stage. You will lead integrated campaigns, manage budgets and coach a high-performing team, with English fluency required and Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the annual marketing strategy and plan.
• Identify new markets, segments and revenue opportunities.
• Partner with leadership on pricing, positioning, product launches and expansion decisions.
• Translate business goals into measurable marketing KPIs and report on ROI.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social media, search, email, content, PR, events, outdoor and print.
• Drive performance marketing (paid search, paid social, programmatic) to generate qualified leads and sales.
• Oversee website, SEO and marketing automation to improve conversion.
• Plan and deliver offline activations: exhibitions, trade shows, sponsorships, in-store and on-ground events.
• Develop account-based and lead-generation programs for B2B, and sales enablement materials.
• Grow brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention for B2C.
• Manage the brand voice and customer experience across all touchpoints.
