Verto is seeking a strategic Growth and Marketing Manager to lead UAE customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will build a strong local brand, launch high-impact campaigns, and drive measurable B2B growth with deep digital marketing expertise.

Collaborating with Sales on ABM, the Global marketing team on paid media, and local partners, you will scale Verto's UAE presence through PR, events and partnerships while delivering data-driven results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing with measurable acquisition results.
• Deep understanding of the UAE B2B marketing landscape.
• Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools.
• Excellent storytelling and communication abilities for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead B2B customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts in the UAE.
• Build a strong local brand presence, launch high-impact campaigns, and optimize CAC/ROI.
